Renovated Restaurant Meets Consumer Demand for Fresh, Healthy Foods;
Celebrates Opening with Half-Priced Pitas June 4-5
MISSISSAUGA, Ontario – Continuing to set a new bar in convenient, healthy dining, Extreme Pita announces the re-opening of its restaurant at Clarkson Crossing in Mississauga.
The 1,200 square-foot company-owned restaurant with a seating capacity of 26 has been completely remodeled incorporating the interior design elements of the Extreme Pita prototype design. That means new tables, a more contemporary color scheme, expanded kitchen area and addition of Purblendz, a clip on concept serving all natural, pure fruit smoothies.
The newly renovated restaurant will also serve as a corporate training store for new franchisees from across Canada and the United States.
“Based on customer demand, we’re extremely excited about reopening the Clarkson Crossing location and continuing to offer Extreme Pita’s fresh and healthy menu to our customers,” said Alex Rechichi, Co-Founder and President of Extreme Pita. “We want the Extreme Pita experience to awaken all the senses and our new store design is a reflection of the healthy, energetic lifestyle we cater to.”
Extreme Pita will be hosting a grand opening event June 4-5, offering half priced pitas throughout both days and free pitas for one year to the first 25 customers on Friday. Former Toronto Argonaut football players will be on hand Friday and Saturday to celebrate the grand reopening. Members of the 2010 Argos cheerleaders will also be in attendance on both days.
Encouraging the important role of philanthropy and its impact on the community, Extreme Pita will be donating $500 to the Children’s Wish Foundation. Since partnering with the national charity nearly 12 months ago, Extreme Pita’s parent company, Extreme Brandz, has donated more than $6,000 toward providing children living with high-risk, life threatening illnesses the opportunity to realize their most heartfelt wishes.
