With over 275 locations across Canada and the U.S. and plans for extensive expansion in North America and International over the next several years, this team is a crucial component to Extreme Pita’s success.

In 2011, Extreme Brandz won the 2011 Company of the Year Pinnacle award and was ranked on Entrepreneur Magazine’s list of top restaurant franchises.

Sean Black
Vice President of Real Estate & Franchise Development

Sean supports Extreme Pita’s regional offices across Canada and the United States in the selection of future Extreme Pita franchisees and locations. Sean is also involved in franchise development, primarily in the United States and in Ontario, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan. He started with Extreme Pita as the second franchisee of the chain and, as the company as has grown, so has Sean’s role. He is now a shareholder of Extreme Pita.

Mark Cunningham
Brand Vice President Extreme Pita & Global Business Development Extreme Brandz

Mark joined Extreme Brandz in October 2009 as Executive Vice President of International Operations and Business Development Extreme Brandz. Mark oversees the activities and direction of Operations, Training, Marketing, Purchasing and Design & Construction departments. Mark has over 25 years of experience in the QSR industry and has worked for strong and successful brands such as McDonalds Restaurants of Canada and the Second Cup Coffee Company. While Vice President of International Operations and Business Development at Second Cup he opened their first International café in Dubai and grew the international portfolio to 11 countries in five years.

Nancy Cogger
Director of Marketing

Nancy joined Extreme Brandz in March 2012. She is responsible for Extreme Pita’s brand strategy including the development and execution of advertising, promotions and local restaurant marketing. Nancy is a seasoned food service marketing professional with over 12 years of experience in QSR and FSR. Prior to joining Extreme Pita, Nancy was Vice President of Marketing for Baton Rouge, Chief Marketing Officer of Priszm Brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell) and Vice President and General Manager of Arby’s International.

Ray Zandi
Brand Vice President Extreme Pita U.S.A.

Ray joined Extreme Pita in 2005 as an Area Developer for the Northern California market. He has played an integral role in the development of the brand in the United Sates utilizing his more than 20 years experience in the Sandwich Category with Quiznos and Subway. In 2008, Ray became V.P. of Business Development which entails overseeing real estate selection, franchise sales and brand development for all of the United States.
