Extreme Pita is organized into two major groups. The first, our Franchise Development group, is focused on growing the chain by recruiting qualified franchisees. Meanwhile, our Operations Team is dedicated solely to supporting and training franchisees. This structure allows Extreme Pita to concentrate equally on growing the system and building a strong group of individual and multi-unit franchise restaurants.

Extreme Pita provides a turnkey opportunity. We will help you negotiate your lease, provide customized architectural and engineering drawings, hire a General Contractor, obtain building permits, order equipment and smallwares, and much more to help you get ready to open your doors.
Preparation and information are critical factors needed for any business to succeed. Extreme Pita provides an intensive training program to ensure that when you open your restaurant you are comfortable and experienced in all aspects of running a successful business. Our training program, which is approximately 6 weeks, involves both classroom and in-restaurant training from experienced corporate trainers who have operated successful Extreme Pita restaurants.
The training is given in 3 phases. During Phase 1, you spend two weeks learning the basics of our menu and how our restaurants operate. Phase 2 involves 5 days of training with new fellow franchisees at our Education Centre located in Richmond Hill, ON. Lastly, Phase 3 training is focused on the management side of the restaurant business: controlling food and labour costs, scheduling and ordering, management control systems and recruiting and training your staff. In addition, our field training staff comes to your restaurant during your first week of business to help you successfully open your location.
Extreme Pita’s dedication does not end when you open the doors of your restaurant. Your designated Business Development Consultant provides ongoing support with regular visits to your restaurant, and is committed to answering your questions and helping you run an efficient and profitable business. These highly skilled professionals will become an important part of your business success; they will give you operational suggestions, as well as opportunities and ideas to promote your business. We’ll ensure that you have every tool available to make your restaurant a success. Promoting and developing our brand — and your restaurant — is crucial. You’ll receive marketing training, user-friendly marketing manuals, local restaurant marketing, and merchandising support. Plus, you’ll get assistance in developing and executing a grand opening plan.
