The Extreme Pita International Area Developer Franchise Partner process is a multi-step process designed to ensure that potential Area Developers are informed, equipped, and trained to run an Extreme Pita restaurant successfully. Please review the points below to gain a better understanding of the process towards becoming an International Area Developer.
- Qualification of applicant by completing initial Application (Extreme Pita to verify that applicant meets our minimum standard requirements).
- Non-Disclosure agreement executed between Extreme Pita and applicant.
- Extreme Pita sends detailed confidential information and outline of business plan to be completed by applicant.
- Applicant’s visit Extreme Pita headquarters to meet international team, visit store locations, and discuss business plan.
- Complete business plan and send to Extreme Pita for review.
- If your business plan is in line with our goals, an Extreme Pita representative will (1) visit applicant’s headquarters in their country to meet team and team members appointed to head up Extreme Pita development (2) visit stores, competitors, and potential Extreme Pita sites and (3) discuss brand positioning, menu thoughts, real estate, design elements and any outstanding issues from the business plan.
- Sign letter of intent covering major business terms of master franchise agreement.
- Review Master Franchise Agreement.
- Sign final Master Franchise Agreement.
- Schedule Training of key operators from the Area Developers team.
- Open First Store!
