Tilley has extensive experience in Field Operations and Management within the quick service sector. Tilley's core mandate is it to execute strategic operations initiatives geared towards continued improvement of overall store performance and will also oversee Product Procurement. Tilley's most recent tenure has been with Allied Domecq as the Canadian Brand Services Manager for the International Group. Allied Domecq is a public owned company controlling the Dunkin Donuts, Baskin Robbins and Togo Sandwich Brands with over 10,000 units worldwide. Prior to this Tilley was Regional Operations Director at Mr. Sub from 1997 to 2003 directly responsible for operations, profitability and growth of over 300 franchised restaurants. His corporate experience is well balanced with his past experience as a multiple store franchisee with Subway Restaurants. Craig Walker, who previously held the position of National Director of Operations, has been promoted to the newly created position of Director of Area Developer Support. Waler's primary responsibilities will be to establish each new Area Developer in their territories throughout Canada and the United States and assist them with the successful execution of the Extreme Pita System. Walker will also guide each Area Developer with their business organizational design and ensure implementation of their strategic.
