Licensed Area Developer for New England

Extreme Pita welcomes JoEllen Gallant, Vice President of FSN-New England, as the licensed Area Developer for the New England area responsible for development in the states of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

JoEllen has over 20 years of food service experience and holds a degree in both Marketing and Business from Hesser College. JoEllen recently worked with Irving Oil's Food Service marketing department developing a Fresh Bakery and Deli concept with over 220 locations throughout New England and Eastern Canada. JoEllen was involved with the development and execution of the Mainway World of Taste Fresh Coffee program successfully rolled out to 500 locations.

JoEllen currently has an Extreme Pita restaurant open in Lewiston, Maine and plans to open four locations before the end of 2006.
